Today we have an underwater surveillance drone drifting silently by a toothy fish. The drone is equipped with several cameras for a full 360 view of its surroundings, sensors to detect anomalies in the water, a gyroscope to keep it upright, and three tentacles for silent propulsion to avoid detection or scaring away fish. The jellyfish shape is practical to protect its interior instruments, with a soft membrane underneath for deep ocean dives and for inflating with CO2 cartridges to surface in case of emergency.

The fish itself is my own mix between a deep sea angler and an African tiger fish. A horrifying combination if you know anything about those two fish.
