No, this is not a chicken. It's rather a dragon :P. Or rather a dragoness (if it's hard to see. Is it?). Yes, there is a story behind this title xD.
So this is the damned drawing I've been working for the last half year
...of course not all time. If I had to sum up all the time I've spent on it it would be like... 24 hours? Something like that. But I'm sick of it. The result is quite fine I think. But it was drawn on a printer paper! Argh!! I could fell the pain of the paper. It was screaming on me "please, no more pencil! I can't stand it". And it really can't. No matter how much dark I would put on it, the paper keeps on throwing it of, making bright spaces in places that were supposed to be dark :dead: It's the last time I make a serious drawing on a shitty paper! :noes:
Well... Funny thing. At first it was supposed to be a quick sketch to practice drawing dragon heads from side using Alecan's tutorial (http://fav.me/dw4ns6). Then I added the neck... and the rest of the body. Then I though that it would be nice to try a new way of drawing scales and shading ^^. I even wanted to add a background but the paper had just enough of it so I stopped ^^'.
So here is the result. I hope next drawings will be faster and better :)
