I wanted to redesign his outfit a while ago to better suit the aesthetic post-movie arc. That meant giving him some sleeker shapes, a macuahuitl as a nod to his final battle with Vad, and of course, showing some more skin for completely aesthetic purposes. (c;
Coincidentally, a kind user by the name of
Sansenite 2 contacted me wanting to see more of Barthalomew's boyfriend, so it all works out for everyone. ((( ^O^))/////
I hope you guys like it! This was fun to draw.
Although the movie arc is over and I'm fully on board to continue the story, I am going to miss these guys...

I'd love to see an offshoot arc on Bartholomew and his personal life happenings up in the Sky Kingdom, whether it'd be before or after the whole movie arc. And learn more about this boyfriend of his in the process. Ah it would be epic. I miss the superhero trio so much!
