In the continuing patterns of autistic children with superpowers identical to Cripto making wishes about their favorite animal characters becoming real, the G-52s and their allies discover it has happened again, in this continuing era of post-CNG discoveries about what happened when it was still around. As a result, Leo the Patriotic Lion and his administration meet the group known as Daniel and the Dixie Diggers, and the ensemble adds the one who made the wish (now a collie) to their lineup.
