And finally, after a long stay in the hospital, Mark returned to his home in the company of Emily and Delfina.
In principle, he was ready for something like this... However in the end it is difficult to be ready for what happened next, even knowing the uncontrollable emotional nature of his big friend.
"I was so worried about you when you got to the hospital!" Said Khardesh.
"Mmmm..." Replied Mark.
"You fought this scary guy! And then the doctors said you were injured and you had to stay for further treatment!"
"Mmhmm, mmm!" Answered Mark.
"And I couldn't even visit you because the doctors said that only your wives and daughter would be allowed to see you!"
"Mmm mmh mmm?" answered Mark.
"And then I waited for your return home.
Yes, I know that the doctors told me that nothing terrible happened - but I was still so worried..." Said Khardesh continuously, tightly hugging and holding Mark close to her.

Emily looked at it all from the side for a moment, but the woman began to worry when Mark began to shudder from soundless laughter.
"Please... Let him go - he's suffocating!" Emily said worriedly which caused another soundless fit of laughter from her husband.

After an ...unsuccessful meeting with Faize for both of them, Mark ended up in the hospital where he had to stay for a few days until the doctors patched up several cuts and healed several bruises.
Although, fortunately, Mark was "lucky" and the Star Force decided to provide the man with first-class medical care for free, as well as a police patrol at the entrance to his hospital room.
Perhaps the Star Force was really very worried about his life and health... -...Or maybe in this way, they wanted the man to "forget" about this unpleasant incident and also stay in his ward until their military operation was over...
Mark himself did not know their motives - but in the current state, the man still had to temporarily suspend the search for his friend Esteban and taking the "hospitality of the authorities" to stay in the hospital.

Yes, I know that I completely broke the chronology of the story, and posted the events in a completely random order.
But I write mostly for my pleasure, - and I am still not such a skilled writer to write long multi-volume stories.
