My second attempt at animation with Krita.

The last thing you expected on your way to an upcoming fight was stumbling into Incineroar, today's opponent of your favorite fighter Obstagoon.
Incineroar was already in a sour mood today, being told by his manager that he should go out and meet some fans, as well as giving out some gifts. So stumbling into someone who is dressed in his opponent's merchandise was the last straw. He simply glanced at you, asking why you'd even like a smelly rat like Obstagoon. You already felt angry at this remark, but Incineroar didn't give you any chance to respond, snatching your balloon before you could say anything.
Having paid almost 30$ for it, you were understandably pissed when he placed his foot on the balloon and gave a smirk, saying he'd give you a very special autograph and a free Incineroar balloon on top....
