Most of them have some sort of "horns" on them, though not as extreme as most of the cast do in the main game. Those are usually decoration or part of the outfit persay.
In Tzaatehk's logic though, best way to look intimidating is to be part of the costume so those "horns" are embedded into his flesh for sure
