Yeah she seems to be a designer. She seems to be able to, when on her own, (Where as with the other two getting in her way she couldnt fix a table) Fix up a treehouse with ease, and is able to give tips on how to improve other's mistakes.

I'm actually willing to bet it's either an apple tree or a blossom that's been turned into a paintbrush. Or a hammer. Or a half-apple palette. The question is not 'what could an artistic/fix-er-up pony's mark be?' but 'How can they involve apples in this mark somehow?' :P
