Well guys, here it is, my first blender picture, just a test one to understand the software better, of course there's a lot of "buggy" stuff on the picture, but hey it's my first time. I had to keep her eyes closed because they don't appear correctly.

Not a bad start. But make sure that in the Render properties 'Ambient Occlusion' is turned on. As for the distance. I usually have it set somewhere between .2 - 1.0. Also, if there's like a sun light source or something similar to that. Make sure that 'shadows' is turned on, as well as 'contact shadows'. Helps them stand out a little better.
When I open a model using this method the eyes don't appear correctly (it happened twice), what am I doing wrong? Is the eyes texture in some separate folder or something?
