Well, I have lived both in Georgia and Missouri, so that is most of what I know along with some of coastal Virginia. Trust me when I say that in Missouri, the winter is either damp and chilly like a muddy autumn or it’s absolutely frigid and cold, like Siberia. I know that Montana gets it worse. Great Lakes can be even more cruel what it comes to wind during the winter, but Missouri sometimes can’t decide if it wants to be in late autumn or in the middle of winter.
