Holy shit. I had no idea about this. :[ Thanks to stumbling onto this picture, and the unexplained fascination with sharks I've always had, I've been watching videos on youtube from the movie and stuff.. I think I'm going to cry. :'[ That's one of the saddest things I've seen in my life. That people just cut them to shreds and just through them back into the water, alive and helpless... Damnit, I am going to cry. ._.
Good to see such art. This really is a piece of education, something that shows great but neglected problems to the public.
Shark finning is an issue that needs to be talked about. Besides being utterly cruel, it leads to economic damage and an ecologic catastrophe since without sharks the oceans will die and without them we will lose 70% of the oxigen we breathe.
