Hi! In case my present fursuit head totally breaks down (which it's close to) I'm going to include a fursuit head in the comission. I really didn't like the lower right pic, but I imagine that the hair flip would look kinda like that from that angle. I gotta draw the tough angles to try to make it easier for the artist.

Yeah...you really are due for an "upgrade" overall...if only to increase your cuteness level 1000% ; )
This, and the suit layout pic ya did, both look really spiff though. I can't wait to see what ya end up with when it's all done.
Heck, I remember when you did the sketches for the last version, and the ones for my mouse suit. Jeez...that was like YEARS ago...friggin time flys *nuz*

Time sure does fly. I contacted the folks that did your frog suit about this too. But I actually got a response from www.artslave.biz so far.
I remember drawing that mouse for you. That was fun. I like trying to figure things out like that.

Though costly, to avoid the fans ruffling the fur visibly, pick up some spare Peltier Coolers (these used to be used in the electronics/computer industry to cool some of the earlier chips). They are electrically-chilled ceramic. Use these and a small, well-insulated pump to pipe cold water through an undersuit. It'll act like one of NASA's LCGs (Liquid Cooling Garments) and will keep your core reasonably cool.
I dunno if this will be easy to do, but it is an idea. Good luck!

Or you can get one of these..

Probably with less fuss and muss from having to build a water-pump into a suit somewhere..

Hell, if ANYbody could do the anime mouth thing on a elastic mask they would. But we all can dream, can't we? Good idea to make a back-up mask, maybe even two. It's kinda like the same problem with Batman's cowl.

Not to sound like a suck-up or anything, but I think that the amount of detail and planning you put into the design is going to help it turn out so well. I've seen your past Roxi costumes and always thought that they looked great; much better than what I usually think of when it comes to the fursuit parades and such, the sort of giant mascot look.
... if I ever get a sports team I totally want a Roxi mascot. I'd be fired instantly but it would be so worth it.

Hi, remember me? <3
I'm really bored with waiting on moulds of my current project to cure, so I've started working on Roxi's head on the side. Just an FYI- so that we get a nice lower jaw articulation, without having to have the huge cut up through the cheeks(So to keep the mouth more natural looking) I'm going to doubleback the spandex in that area in case it wears down(Which it will, I'm sure, hopefully this will slow the process down :) ), also I need to make the exoskeleton of the lower jaw out of something hard- so the lower jaw might be a little heavy, maybe.. an eighth of a pound? Going to line it with apoxie sculpt and use elastic to make the jaw motion just faboo. Anyways- gotta run and start on that balaclava for you :) Email me the exact width between your eyes(inside corner to inside corner) within the next few days. Can't wait to show you pix.

Thankee, ArtSlave! I'm really excited! Last weekend I was having fun carving foam for a friend's fursuit head muzzle. Although he still needs to buy a nylon balaclava and not the heavy wool ski mask he's got. I'm tempted to build a new character for myself to see what I've learned this year.
Sweet! Also, at some point in time after I take some disposabl ecam pix or somethin I will need you to sign on and tell me if everything looks okay. I messed with her hairstyle a little bit(Not too much, it still looks the same) just so everything fits on the head neatly and has some bounce/curl to it. I'll just need your OK before I start uh.. 'furring'? 'spandexing'? lol.. the head and finalise it :)
I drew one in 1998 and it just didn't look that cute to me.
