Tupijir Oytrip
The Droyne of the Tupijir Oytrip on Aduppaha (A moon of the gas giant Breka in the Udyuxsu system), while being slightly behind its neighbors on Aduhappa, is still renown for its windswept gravity defying architecture. Despite Aduhappa's small size and low gravity, Tupijir's oldest buildings require anti-grav elements to prevent them from breaking apart.
While antigrav technology is relatively well understood, the methods for building such farflung elements in the first place have been lost to those that now reside in or use the structures.
The Tupijur Droyne, like the rest of their brethren on Aduhappa (Trans = Banded world-sky), are mottled light grey and white Droyne of average size, but with large wings that are fully functional in the low gravity and standard density atmosphere of their homeworld. They tend to be even more isolationist than average, though starfaring Sports and Leaders from around their solar system do visit to pay respects to the spirits of the builders, and to visit the floating museum at The Eggs, the spindly structure seen free floating in the background.
Though museums tend to be seen as less than practical civic buildings by the Droyne, the Drones and Technicians of Tupijir maintain it well, and their own Sports are sent out throughout the star system every thirty or forty years to add to the museum's database. Some debate among the leaders in charge of the museum has been brewing of late, of whether to include non-Udyuxsuan history, such as those benighted relatives, the Chirpers of Detyals (TL3), the more primitive Droyne of Hastyahos system (TL7), the warlike and brusk Droyne of Iluhetsfushar (TL9), and non Droyne such as the nearby Human and Minsk Directorate and the flightless avians of Krixteatl. The Sports all know keeping tabs on this information is necessary and their appeals to their Leaders haven't fallen on deaf ears, but for the most part information has been relegated to simplistic databases without the toothiness of physical exhibits or interesting visual media.
Tupijir Oytrip has roughly 43,000 members and its Technician caste retains thorough understanding of all tech level 9 concepts and industries, despite usually only applying them to agricultural concerns.

Thankies! Bah, older files? Yeah - least I'm lucky that most of my odd old scribblings are all on the backs of scraps of paper from when I did telemarketing - oops, I meant "Consulting" >.< Some of the most mind numbing years of my life - I have several ziplock bags full of spaceship scribblings, game concepts, odd ideas I still need to scan someday.
