I got hooked on Astro Boy when the new cartoon came out last year? The girls aren't bad, but I think they'd need some growing up first. Astro's world is far more dangerous than Townsville

I was kind of cheezed off that they didn't continue the new series on Sat. mornings. A lot of fans of the old series don't like it but I sure do. It's not as dark and serious in this version and I think it's more fun. More like PPG without the simplified animation I suppose. The look of the series is just awesome.

For some reason I love the way Momo the robot ostrich in the series moves. She's awesome cute. =^.^=

Oh, love the image too. The PPGs and Astro just go together perfectly.

That's why I bought the set when Barnes and Noble had a huge DVD sale last summer or fall. I haven't cracked it open yet, but I knew it was going to be my only way to see the rest of the series. I seriously think someone in Programing at CN needs their head examined because I'm getting sick and tired of Anime musical chairs.
