My headcanon as I drew this is that Beartics exude heat through their pawpads to stay frosty, so while their bodies are relatively cool, they have warmer feet than you'd expect.
This guy looks like he could be either a real tough guy or a gentle giant... maybe he's both.
For references, I used some stuff from LinDong on Twitter, and the feet took inspiration from
Gonter's stuff. Background is a stock image from Google.
