*NOTE: I DID NOT COOK THIS!!!!*

So I recently had dinner with my mom at Goose Hollow Inn in Portland, which I've never been to before. She promised me the best reuben sandwich in the city, and she wasn't lying, this was probably the best reuben I've ever had. Every ingredient was incredibly tasty, the corned beef was juicy and somewhat sweet, the rye bread was excellent, the sauerkraut was just how I like it, and there was toasted swiss cheese along the edges of the sandwich and swiss in my opinion is meant to be melted. Finally the sauce was definitely a new variation of thousand island that put it all together. The side potato salad was really good too!

I gotta take my roomie there so she can see for herself how good their reuben is.

I need to go to more restaurants in Portland and take photos of their food, but I don't get to go out very often and usually just order from home which doesn't have anywhere near the same pretty presentation...
