Head in the Grid
An alternate version of http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5191448 featuring myself as a program in the Tron universe. Yes, I'm still geeking out on it. A friend helped coax me into doing a more properly detailed drawing of what my outfit on the Grid would look like and this seemed like a good way to do it. I can't be totally sure what sort of task I'd be a program for, but the deep blue tends to be associated with core functioning of the system, and given my profession maybe I'd be a surveyor or cartographer of sorts, cataloging the Outlands and marking out points for expanding the Grid.
I still want this outfit. Especially the boots.
[EDIT: I was too lazy when I first did this and kept the same background from Head in the Stars. I have now fixed that, and gone back and given it a more properly Tron-style background.]

Sweet. ^_^ And what a neat grid-job that would be. Yeah, I really wish someone would make a decent bit of Tron clothing - especially (elder) Flynn's trench coat. That movie had some very cool styling - also a massively cool soundtrack. ^^; The boots... well, don't know if anyone will ever make something like them. May have to just settle for Vibram's new Komodo's in the mean-time. ;)
Yeah. :) All I'm aware of for real world Tron wear are those motorcycle suits, which to be fair are pretty cool, but rather far out of my price range for buying something just because it's cool that I couldn't get much day to day use out of. ;) It would be neat to see more things styled that way in real life though. And yes, at least we've always got the VFFs!
