This is a birthday present for
Yami
In this scenario, his superhero persona, Captain Frying Pan, and his two friends the Moon Ranger and American Skunkette, have been called in to deal with a series of robberies committed by a few supervillains that they've never heard of before. So, they've met up with two Heroes, Ltd. employees, Mr. Arcade and Shannon Leopard to look into it, only to discover that they're being committed by villains that Mr. Arcade has dealt with in the past, and they've went to their hideout to stop them, and bring them to justice.
The five villains responsible for these series of crimes are (from top to bottom) the Charcoal Dragon, a disgraced martial artist wearing a dragon suit that increases his fighting prowess and allows him to shoot streams of fire from his nostrils (he originally trained Mr. Arcade in martial arts for a while before being fired and stripped of his second degree black belt for using harsh training methods on his students), Master Cats, a musical theater enthusiast whose singing voice can allow him to take control of any and all felines (you can probably tell where I got the inspiration for THIS guy ;) ), Betty Batwing, a bat scientist who experimented on herself to find a cure for deafness, which resulted in her transforming into a human-bat hybrid, Hook Liner, a helmeted mercenary with a double-hook for a right hand, and Shield Shelldon, a turtle-themed supervillain that uses shields resembling turtle shells for extra-defense. Hopefully, the heroes have enough to overcome these powerful foes.
Happy Birthday,
Yami
