Losing weight and toning up makes it look like you dropped more than a few years.

Well, on that, I used to wear it long since I was in a heavy metal band when I was in my 20's...but I didn't look that good in it. Plus, when you're trying to get ready for work, it's a bitch to blow dry if it's uber long;) Plus work has some restrictions on appearence

You're looking so awesome, JR! You're one of the rare few that started doing the right thing and it's given you a lot of years back.
