After watching the death battle between Bil Cipher VS. Discord I had to get this lil beauty here

This is the goddess of chaos Delemma Dementia or to her friends (which are very few) DeDe originally from a 2 dimensional universe which no longer exist because she blew it up out of boredom traveled to Universe-9 and to other dimensions to cause mayhem in sense of the word like Bil and Discord she too is god-like with her many powers although she does look like cartoon from the minds of both Vivsiepop and the creator of Invader Zim Jhonen Vasquez she is beyond crazy like her name as she gives not a damn about any reasoning whatsoever but after facing Cloud and being a true friend she has turned from a chaotic evil to a chaotic good although like Like Caos (a human-like God of mischief in my story verse) she still causes trouble but not as apocalyptic she mostly appears around 4 1/2ft and is an extreme cartoon character
