By commissioning me in any way, you agree to the following terms of service:

I. GENERAL TERMS

Please be polite when requesting a commission.
Provide clear references, whether written or visual. Written references should be easy to understand.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.
I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.
II. PAYMENT

All commissions require a 50% payment upon completion of the sketch and the remaining 50% upon completion of the artwork. Full payment is required upfront for sketch-only commissions.
Payment must be made in USD through PayPal. Alternate payment methods may be discussed.
I am open to working with all commissioners to find a suitable payment arrangement.
III. PROCESS

I will provide work-in-progress updates and share the sketch for your approval. Once approved, I'll request the first payment.
I may reach out to you if I have questions or concerns about your commission, so please respond promptly.
Completion time can vary (up to 3 months) due to factors like health, commission order, complexity, work, and family commitments (I have two middle school children). Please consider this for NSFW art commissions.
You will be promptly notified if any unforeseen circumstances affect your commission.
If I need to stop working on your commission or if you are impolite or uncooperative, I will provide a refund, adjusted as appropriate (see refund policy).
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I strive to make customers happy. After a commission is finished, only small changes (e.g., minor color corrections) can be made without extra charges.
Major changes (e.g., outfit changes, background alterations) will incur additional fees, to be discussed based on the changes.
Please be clear in your order description to avoid misunderstandings.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork produced.
I can use the artwork for self-promotion, in publications, and for display.
Commissioners can use the artwork for personal use unless otherwise agreed. They may print it and claim character rights but not the artwork itself.
Proper credit must be given to the artist when using the artwork for self-promotion.
Copyright infringement includes using the artwork for commercial purposes, claiming its creation, removing watermarks/signatures, or altering the artwork without the artist's consent.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel at any time. If you've paid in advance, you will receive the completed work and a prorated refund based on the work completed.
If payment has not been sent, the commissioner can cancel, but no work will be sent, and the artist can reuse the completed work.
Chargebacks result in the loss of all rights to the artwork, a ban from future commissions, public posting of the commissioner's name as a caution, and the artist's right to file a complaint and seek reimbursement.
Any changes to these terms must be discussed with me, the artist, before commissioning.
