This is Loki, a sort of modern day take on him. Sort of. When he's first introduced, he's wearing a thick, woolen sleeveless hoodie (or "hooded top"), but I didn't really describe his pants. And so it seems he choose a nice pair of cargo shorts for today.
I drew this at work with a blue pen, and though I don't usually upload those sketches anywhere but Facebook, I was quite fond of this one. Enjoy!
