Eliana is a ranger. Standing around 3'2", she's a more short kobolds for this world. Another important member of Gramzon's ranks, she leads the primary hunting parties, especially BIG GAME hunting parties. while they do hunt for stocks of normal meat like venison from deer, maybe steal livestock now and again, the true prize is vore prey. Eliana leads a whole team of skilled kobold hunters and trappers, and when outside of the lair's anti magic influence, has access to levitation nets and cages, as well as stunning magic spells and arrows. Many low to mid level adventuring parties or army scouts find themselves suddenly overwhelmed and being marched up a mountain to be poured into the hungry maw of the mysterious blue dragon, one of his kobolds, or a predatory friend within the next week at their leisure. The team can even capture up to 2 dragons if they can spot some inexperienced ones or catch them sleeping, a fact they and Gramzon will taunt them about the whole time before they're mercilessly digested in the dragon's guts to their amusement.

With all the big appetites to feed and food stores constantly being burned up, Eliana isn't seen wandering in the lairs of the dragon much, and prefers to stay outside in the wilderness unless the weather is bad to keep in tune with her magic, which is very rare for the other kobolds who tend to have more antimagic rubbed off on them from Gramzon, albeit she too can call on some for defense.
