I thought about drawing a dragon OC based on Raya and the Last Dragon.
Also, I thought about drawing her because of one of the roleplays I did, which turned out pretty well, especially due to spamming.

Vienta Lee is a wind dragon who loves windy weather and is well known for having long flowing hair and a blue cape. She always carries a blue book that provides knowledge, poetry, and spells.
