Rando: Why the Raleigh? Wouldn't you want something a bit more standardized?
Isobel: "Not really. There were two of these on Chilaquiles, and my old man piloted one of them. Taught me everything I know about piloting mechs. Sure, they were a bit of a pain to keep running, even with the printer tech, but they were ours and were the best front liners in the fleet. Already got a name for it, even if it seems odd. A spin on something Dad always said. Well, mainly as a way to say that he didn't know the answer, but someone probably did. Just had to do a little digging, or a little trail and error.
"So when I get my hands on a Raleigh, its gonna be painted in the fleet colors. And it'll be 'The Million Dollar Answer' to the million dollar question."

Yeah, so the TTRPG group I play with has rotated a few different systems, and we're in a Lancer game currently. And because I low impulse control, I decided that I was going to get my mecha commissioned. This is a slightly older build when he still was rocking a Heavy Charged Blade as his melee option. He has since leveled up, mainly as a way to keep up with everyone else's DPS. It was fun being able to bullshit as mercs, the lie given some credibility when the party was still 3/5 IPS-N models.
