This area is near that abandoned factory I take photos of, there's actually a few industrial/commercial sites along the road there, including some sort of construction company and a factory that makes prefab concrete stuff (sewer pipes, columns, etc), and whatever this building is (I think some sort of storage facility). It's run-down and worn out, just like Hendrick.
I don't bother to go this far very often since it's fairly drab industrial stuff and a lot of trucks go by so it's loud, but I do like how the dreary industrial sites look under certain lighting/weather conditions. Dreary, drab, run-down industrial sites have an aesthetic I quite like, I just wish I had more options for photographing such things without looking suspicious and/or trespassing.
