The aftermath of Mercury fulfilling Tai's contract and doing a favor for Kimo. After Mercury defeated a pokemon bandit hoping to sell Mona 3 as a diaper on the black market. Tai was very impressed and gave Mercury an invitation to Pangorio, even offering him a bonus if he got Mona 3 there safely (and not as a diaper, he sees Mercury smirking).
The two began to travel to Pangorio, they decided to have a small campout (going into a city or village would raise some alarms). Mona 3 found camping fun, and enjoyed teasing Mercury's diaper, Kimo, even calling him 'Poochpamp' much to their amusement.

After the duo had a conversation, Mercury decided to fall asleep, while Mona and Kimo caught up. Eventually Mona 3 also got sleepy, Mercury made Kimo extra puffy for Mona to sleep on, while the duo slept, Kimo decided to be the guard dog (or guard diaper) for the duo, he's used to sleeping as a diaper, and both do need sleep, Mercury had a battle and Mona 3 was recovering, but he was happy to see his old buddy again. Kimo happy to be with Mercury as now he's reunited with his old friend, Kimo hopes Mercury stays in turtle when they meet Hawk and Mona 2.

At least Mercury and Mona 3 have a poofy nightlight due to Kimo glowing in the dark.
