Not exactly. Those are more common among people on the spectrum but much like with ADHD, they are not all grouped together under one diagnosis. I'm on the spectrum and have never had a migraine in my life, and a few instances of IBS-like symptoms that I has able to cure by eating healthier.
If you're prone to migraines the stress of masking and social situations can exacerbate them. There's a high comorbidity for stomach issues and autism too, I'm guessing for a similar reason. For me the IBS symptoms are was mostly dampened with a vegan diet but I still have IBS, it just doesn't flare up as much.
