I'm not sure if I like this or not. I dunno.
It was fun to draw though. I experimented a bit more with the brushes in Paint Tool SAI. I'm on day 24 I think of the trial version... I'm saving up to buy it though. But since it might take a while I'm trying to use SAI as much as possible. If you've never tried it, you gotta. I don't know what it is about SAI, but I really prefer it to Photoshop.
I was originally going to draw Almirah playing in the rain. I wanted to make a sorta happy sequel to the other picture I did of her on that cliff thing. But then I remembered I love drawing sunset-y scenes. So I did that instead. She's looking at that fluffy stuff again. Yes, to my watchers I've had for a while, I know people told me the name of that stuff. But I can't remember now, and I am sadly too lazy to check what it's called in the comments :(. I think it's cotton? Haha I have no clue.
I tried to really think about anatomy with this. Now, I know some stuff is most likely horribly off, but I didn't reference, so I'm kinda pleased by that. I'm not against referencing, but I want to get to a point in art where I don' t need to reference every single time I want to draw a cartoon. So yar :la:.
