So who remembers Puss in Boots: The Last Wish? I'll be honest when I heard about the movie, I didn't even know there was a first movie. So small story, when I saw the trailers, it looks interesting, but I wasn't sold on it, I had seen The Bad Guys earlier that year and enjoyed it though so I wasn't against it but when I heard about the movie and heard about their being a first movie...I have to watch the movies in order....it wasn't needed as the only returning character was Kitty Softpaws so if I didn't watch the first movie I wouldn't have missed much. Anyways back to the story, because I wasn't sold but also potentially wanted to watch the movie, I looked on YouTube for reviews, not to watch but to read the title. The fact that I never saw a single bad thing about this movie, speaks volumes to how good it was. I know not everyone is into animated movies and that's why even when I enjoy them, I don't recommend movies to other people, but I broke that rule because the movie is that good, anyone who asked...yes yes yes go watch that movie because it is amazing in every which way.
I know everyone loves the Wolf/Death/Lobo whatever you call him and don't get me wrong I do too, but I felt for my character, the puss get up with his smaller body and costume/gear worked much better then had he been "Death".
I honestly cannot thank this artist enough for the amazing work they did and can't recommend them enough for anyone wanting to get a commission like this.   AshDGen is an amazing artist to work with and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a commission, They are very nice, very transparent, and are open to different ideas while doing your commission. They are a bit slower than others but for a commission that looks as good as it does, the wait is well worth it. I love all my pieces equally because I have all of them for different reasons but (Much like the Puss in Boots movie) this piece is very hard to be a contender to be my favorite piece to date but all in all I do love this piece and will post an alt soon after this one.
