Ah this is why I love your stories so much you let traumatized characters actually be traumatized so much of western media misses this by either saying people are traumatized way too easily or making the trauma so easy to overcome. Also for the spice I think most people don’t use enough is nutmeg particularly in savory applications so I supect that could be his secret spice. Also I sense some more backstory is coming soon.
