A PMC field medic specialized in setting up mobile field hospital with all the supplies necessary for first aid and medvac. They are always seen in teams of 5 with one being a Malyre operator. Their smaller counterparts handle stabilizing the injured.

Hmm... Side effect of this method: It's a war crime to attack a medic. So just have the big guy pick up noncombatants and they'd be safer for several reasons.
Hence, the role of the Malyre acts as an armor and diversion while the Tasalan team exfil for medvac. Engagements shouldn't be prolonged anyway, so the Triagecare are always on the move.
