One night, Cyllene announces to call Tate about the Blood Moon incident, but when Tate comes to the Survey Corp Headquarters. Prof Laventon explains that wild Pokemon are going berserk, and growing twice the size of an Alpha Pokemon. Perhaps Alpha Pokemon caused this chaos and captured the three Lake Guardians again, or it could be Volo who wanted Revenge on Tate due to his lost battle. Cyllene explains to Tate to go to the top of the Mountains to the "Temple of Sinnoh" to investigate. Avoiding wild Alpha Pokemon, and climbing up to the top, there was no one in the temple but a certain spot that appeared before Tate as he noticed his Flute was glowing brightly. He decided to play it, but during the Blood Moon, something strange happened. His fur started growing yellow including his arms and legs becoming dragon-like claws. He starts to grin happily as his muscles feel more powerful than before when the ring spawns behind him. Lastly, his face shifted into a dragon and grew slightly bigger than his size. It is a matter of fact that Tate turns into an Arceus as he shows off his brightness. Later, the blood moon stops glowing and turns back to normal, but the funny thing is. Perhaps the blood moon hated the brightness that was scared off by Arceus. Although it is unknown what is going to happen. I guess he is willing to save Mankind against Pokemon and Furries.
