Very interesting - if horrifying - idea.
I do wonder, biology is capable of incredibly miraculous things up to and including adaptation. I wonder if her body would adjust to her new, er, limbs... Nothing overly drastic of course, biology is amazing, but it isn't *that* amazing.
I moreso am thinking the whole idea of the body adjusting for weakness, such as people in wheelchairs incidentally finding their arms getting absurdly strong in place of their legs - for a minor example - and blind/deaf people finding their sight/hearing 'augmented' (able to pick up on certain cues without hearing, able to hear more acutely) for a more 'extreme' example.
There are even more extreme examples, but I think the point is made. Her shoulders, arms, midriff and neck would all have to get stronger, she'd have to mentally adapt to a new form of locomotion, and there's a good deal more that the body would have to deal with such as digestion, breathing, etc etc.

As I see, her neck was elingated and ribcage squashed to give proper quadruped shape. Her musculature too developed for it.
The main problem of deerification is disgestive system, the real deer is build around its complex stomath allowing to eat grass and treebark. Would be much harder to cyborgize then limbs.
As I think, the final part should be cover her in artifuical fur to make her indistinguinishable from a wild deer.

main issue (as i see it) with these though is that our bodies arent designed to hold themselves this way, there needs to be some lower back and upper back support to compliment the ball sockets, maybe even a whole frame around the torso to hold you up like a harness, which would be super complicated. Exo suits are in their infancy as it is so i dont know what needs to be developed
