is that something to be hated a lot in england? i always wonder if other europeon countries are as hateful towards gays as they are here in the u.s. (we still pretty much have persecution till death for gays, normally driven to suicide though but i hear of some lynchings that occasionally happen in some southern states).

i'm really hating it here. there's too much to explain but it pretty much comes down to the u.s. being a big lie. every foreigner i've talked to that moved here thinking it would be all better has wished they never came here. initially i thought it was probably just me being a native and just a general disgust with my own country (like you'd probably find in any nation with it's citizens), but to hear it from people coming from places like Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Japan, China, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, Mexico (the apparently only come here for some money then leave), and other countries, it really makes me worry that maybe my country really is a shit whole.
