Delfina Jones quickly looked through the large folder of papers. It was already the end of the month and she should have dealt with the finances of the city hall, and if the second department did not make it in time, - then she had a great chance to get "additional entertainment" in the form of financial reports of the entire city...
The woman took off her glasses and annoyed rubbed the bridge of her nose. Delfina was surprised - before she did not notice that she felt annoyed by this work... The woman stopped for a second, thinking, and suddenly realized that in fact, she now wanted to finish her work as soon as possible and return home with Mark and Emily.

The tall man always devoted a little time to looking after her, combing and caressing her, and sweet Emily patiently listened to how her day passed, calming her nerves, and from time to time giving really good advice.
"This is what a real family looks like?" Thought the woman.

She wants to sit on his lap while he carefully combs her hair, lazily lying on the bed talking about something with Emily, cuddle with her spouses and doze feeling Emily's soft fur on her skin, or go to the pool when she feels like it...
Delfina caught herself smiling, so the woman took a deep breath and decided to take up the papers with new strength, in order to finish her work and return to her loved ones.

So serious and intimidating... ))) But deep inside she also has her soft side too.
She's still at work doing the usual drudgery, but looking forward to be home later with Mark and Emily.

Also please note that my story is in the process of being written, and most of these small fragments that I published are not in chronological order.
(Chronology always was a real pain for me.) So when I finish my plans I will try to put everything in order. If I can...
