This looks great! The contrast between the light the dragon is flying towards and the dimmer area they're flying away from makes this looks great as well it's how it's represented in the water itself.

The landscape itself looks quiet well drawn like this is a place albeit a fairly mundane one that someone could find and just hang out in.

Last, the Dragons flight pose looks quite nice, the way the light is glinting off its scales and the butterfly like pattern on its wings. Well done!
