A humble fisherman that took up fighting when others started encroaching on his fishing spots.
He is very creative but clumsy; he jury rigged a shark jaw to work like a snap trap and (the weapon's name is Trap Jaw )

Unfortunately he got a bit too clumsy and set it off when his tail was between it, and chopped it right off
He ended up eating the meat off the tail (waste not, want not) and fashioned his tailbones to be a formidable whip.
