I wouldn't say she hates sharks so much as sharks fear her.

It's kind of like that quote from Rorschach when he goes to prison in "The Watchmen".

She can bisect a shark with a knife. You meet a lady like that, you take care about using the phrase "with a face like that". Or at least smile when you say it...

It would probably be better if you just used her as inspiration and came up with your own character. That way neither of us is really on the hook IP wise.
