Meet Shaerkell, she's a rare aquatic subspecies of the equinoid in the Unerian world. Little is known about her, she traveled to the capital with her younger brother Erell to make living as mercenaries. Shaerkell and her brother proved to be extremely good at doing their job and slowly, they rose through the ranks together. They're two of the few fighters that actually use the katanas and being great at it.
One day on a job, Shaerkell got into an accident that involved a large explosion, leaving her body almost destroyed. Erell used all their saving working as mercs to get Shaerkell a new functioning body. The procedure saved Shaerkell but part of her power is forever crippled.
The replacement body is more of less a 1 to 1 recreation of her original body. Her head tho, it's not a helmet, it's her brain case. The only consolable thing about this is she got artificial hearing and olfactory senses. The body is powered by 2 batteries, one for her brain and organs and the other is for her cyborg mechanism.
Even with the accident and all, she's still one of the strongest in the whole region. Shaerkell soon got a job as the personal bodyguard for Trinity's CEO (this all took place before Moosin was born btw)
