N is not a bad guy in the least, just misguided. Seriously the only real bad guys in Pokemon was Team Rocket. Their goal was world domination, every other f'ing team was trying to do good in a bad way.

The rival in Gold and Silver is quite the bad guy. D:

Silver? Well what do you expect from Giovanni's son? Eh, the kid was more of a prick than anything else and adamantly opposed Team Rocket. He learns the errors of his ways at the end of the game and starts being nicer to his Pokemon.

I've only encountered him once so far, but he sure does seem...interesting.

Wierd thing... did anyone remember the episode of the TV show with the old man that claimed he used to understand all pokemon like they were speaking like humans but lost that power after a while? Maybe N has that kinda power or something?

Yeah, N is just a tad fruity in the loops. But only a tad.

For that insane little gauntlet against trainers and a legendary 20 levels higher than me without a break to level up appropriately I kinda wanna murder his ass...but he looks so cuuuute here D:

He fights like a twelve year old.

Appariently, while he was growing up, he grew up around pokemon, and had little to no contact with people. The thing is, the pokeon he was around were specifically chosen by Ghetsis, and those pokemon were abused by humans. Because they were the only kind of pokemon he was around growing up, it does make sense that he grew up thinking all humans abuse pokemon.

Honestly, N is one of the few enemies I can't find a reason to hate. Sure, the guy's nuts, but in his own extremist, deluted, misguided way, he is trying to help out pokemon, and he does show that he feels some remourse that his 'quest' will seperate the people and pokemon that are friends.

And those eyes do remind me of Toon Link ...
