This is the third and last alternate version of The Summer of '87, mixed and uploaded on the night of the Harvest Moon. Synthetic ocean surf sound effects were added to give the visual of vacationers enjoying the sunset on their favorite beach, and then returning to their homes or hotels to rest up for tomorrow's activities.

The style of this slower alternate mix is inspired by "Kitsune", a synthwave song by Gunship.
