One night a weasel called Rascal Clawthorn was sniffing around a beach,
and found a hole in the ground.
Now turtles lay their eggs on the beach and bury them,
so the weasel went into the hole and found a nest of fresh turtle eggs.
The weasel ate a bunch of the eggs and very full,
tried to crawl back out to escape but now had eaten so much got stuck tight in the hole exit ! !
Mean while in the under ground nest was a small turtle on guard duty,
called Kap,
and Kap the little turtle woke up and found many of the eggs eaten and just the shells.
Kap looked and saw stuck in the door of the cave,
was a weasel's bottom.
Kap had some problems with another weasel before !
Angry at the egg thief,
Kap wanted the weasel gone from the nest for good.
