This is a muscle growth series focusing on characters from the entire universe of Sonic the Hedgehog, including the less known ones.  BackyardGameboy wanted Universalamander next, an interestingly special case here, and had written the description below.

Description:
Most of Downunda had fallen to the control of the former egg legion squad/freedom fighters. Lead by Duck “Bill” Platypus, and having allied with the Dingo Regimen lead by General Helmut von Striker, nearly the entire continent had been consumed by the power of a single purple stone. The stone in question had been lent by Bill to the trio who had direct access to the Eggnet; Retro and Beta the computer viruses, and Crocbot. They had been given instructions to use what they had to try and find any other potential allies to their cause. While most of the team believed they had already assimilated everyone worth joining, Bill insisted that they should be thorough.

The three digital meatheads had plugged themselves into each other, and the Eggnet. The three easily hacked past the firewalls to learn about the deepest and darkest secrets of Eggmans information. Soon they came across an older unusual data file. This obscure one in particular was about a robot named “Universalamander”, which none of the Downunda freedom fighters had heard of. Crocbot was especially eager as he told Bill about he knew. Universalamander was created by accident long ago when an ordinary salamander was being roboticized and at the same time, an incompetent buzz bomber activated the enlarger function of the roboticizer, causing it to grow out of control into a giant near unstoppable beast. He had become so big and powerful, even Robotnik himself fled for his life from him.

Bill questioned the current status of the long lost droid, and Crocbot explained that he had been lost when an incident with a shrink ray left him trapped at microscopic size, never to be seen or heard from again. The entire team agreed any robot capable of such power deserved to join them, and Bill immediately ordered the missing robot to be found. Thanks to the power of the purple stone enhancing their parts, Retro and Beta were easily able to home in on the microscopic robots exact location down to the nanoparticle. And thanks to the power of Crocbot rewiring their recently acquired build-it-box, they were able to teleport him directly there.

Bill and Helmut watched as the purple stone was put into place. For several tense seconds, nothing happened. But at last, a green speck was seen rapidly getting bigger, and bigger as the purple stones power channeled through. Until at last another green reptillian robot stood before them, as big and hulking as Crocbot himself. Universalamander was quite surprised at his sudden change, but overjoyed at a new chance of conquering the world. This time alongside others like himself. Bill chuckled as Crocbot was the most happy to have Universalamander on board with their plan. Universalamander held the purple stone high laughing with evil glee.

Retro and Beta were also quite eager to find out what the new robot was capable of, especially since some new robot parts had grown into existence down below. Helmut growled at the unnecessary waste of time, but Bill insisted they let them have their moment while the two leaders plan their next assault.
