First day of Drawtober and I'm already posting super late, not too promising start! XD
Nur's moms Nireth and Khori are finally making another appearance, profusely thanking Azad for saving their BABY!!!
While fighting a raiding band of desert nomads, Nur had remained isolated in the desert away from the rest of his army when Azad stumbled upon him. After a slightly rocky start where Nur mistook Azad for one of the nomads he was fighting and tried to shoot him, the two quickly bonded on the journey towards Nur's village.
The relationship between sedentary catfolk and the desert nomads like Azad is tense to say the least, but Nur's mom are not going to allow him to leave without being treated like a honored guest. It's been many years since Azad has felt so accepted and pampered!
(for the record, Nur's society is polygamous, hence why he has two moms. Khori, on the right, is his bio mom, but both treat him equally)

It's when the two start causally and repeatedly dropping the 'Nur is still single you know, such a shame, he is a nice boy' 'Oh how doesn't a nice boy like you partner? Oh well there are PLENTY of single folk around here, by the way did I tell you Nur is very thought to be very strong and handsome and a great fighter in our village, just don't ask anyone because they'll totally lie out of jealousy
