Jeff and Jr.'s - Their animatronics are Mr. Hippo, Orville, Happy Frog, and Pigpatch. (Good)
Nedd Bear - Was added as a joke, but people enjoyed him, so he is now part of the Jeff group. (Good)
Funtime Chica - Was sent as the first cross-over. Where she was fixed up to stop her main Funtime objective. She resides at Jeff's. (Turned good)
Many of the small side animatronics such as the actual DJ Music Man, Trash Gang, and the punch clowns are cut. (Sorry Number 1 Crate fans)

Books
Silver Eyes - Never read it. Cut out of AU.
The Twisted Ones - Wolf - Wolf and The Twisted Ones were used to do something (Never read the book, but I liked Wolf) but were destroyed, while Wolf got run over by a train. He resides at Jeff's. (Turned good and can tell if something is evil)
The Fourth Closet - Never read it. Cut out of AU.

Fazbear Frights
Into The Pit - Spring Bonnie/Pittrap - Remnant of Kevin's old psychopathic self that was awoken after Springtrap revisited the place due to sustaining a cut there. Pittrap resides at Jeff's. (A hidden danger)
To Be Beautiful - Eleanor - Got hit by a truck, thus making her go back to her old body which somehow rebuilt itself, and had the necklace smashed. She resides at Jeff's. (Still a bitch and is often sent to time out)
Count The Ways - Funtime Freddy - Funtime Freddy had killed before a strong enough soul took control. (Funtime Freddy is overridden by a soul. The remains of it are in the hand puppet Bonnie)

Fetch - Fetch - Fixed up and now resides at Jeff's. (Turned good and can connect via radio)
Lonely Freddy - Alec/Lonely Freddy - All burned, releasing souls because they didn't have anything tying them down. The children who were switched with The Lonely Freddies were killed in accidents or Fetch as a necessary evil. One soul-bound Lonely Freddy resides at Jeff's. (Soul filled)
Out of Stock - Plushtrap Chaser - Hit by a train and fixed up, resides at Jr's. (Turned good, but is still mischievous)

1:35 AM - Ella - Destroyed by Wolf. (Destroyed)
Room For One More - Minireenas - All Minireenas were sent to Jeff's. Wolf destroyed them all but one that had only one arm. It can't do much without other Minireenas, and resides at Jeff's. (Not too nice, but not super evil)
The New Kid - Cut out of AU.

Step Closer - Yarg Foxy - Sent to Jeffs. Was destroyed by Wolf because of its curses. (Destroyed)
Dance With Me - Cut out of AU.
Coming Home - Cut out of AU.

Bunny Call - Ralpho - Resides at Jeff's. (Couldn't tell what it was exactly, so... Wolf caused it amnesia, turned good, and can morph into a larger animatronic)
In The Flesh - Resides at Jeff's, and is thought to be a very realistic animatronic. (Don't know how it was made, but is a child AI, so it's good)
The Man In The Room 1280 - Andrew/The Amalgamation/The Agony - Possesses The Amalgamation/The Agony; which is all the thrown-out Rockstar animatronics. Resides at an unknown establishment. (Is more of a vigilante of the state. Soul filled. Harsh but good. Soul filled))

Blackbird - Blackbird - Travels the city. (Unknown in origin, but is the town's vigilante/cryptid. Good)
The Real Jake - Jake/The Stitchwraith - Resides at an unknown establishment. (Vigilante. Good. Soul filled)
Hide-and-Seek - Shadow Bonnie - Unsure whether to cut or not. At the moment, it's not in this AU.

The Cliffs - Tagalong Freddy - These toys were destroyed by the Faz group, due to them allowing people to kidnap children. (Destroyed)
The Breaking Wheel - Julian/Julian's Endoskeleton - Resides in an unknown establishment. Has had the skin and skeleton removed due to decay. (Aggressive and is currently being turned good. Soul filled)
He Told Me Everything - Fazgoo - Destroyed by the Faz group, due to being an invasion of the body snatcher-like. (Destroyed)

Gumdrop Angel - Birthday Gummy - Destroyed by Faz group, due to it killing children. (Destroyed)
Seragio's Lucky Day - Lucky Boy - Deciding on whether or not for it to be destroyed or salvaged. (Fate on hold)

Together Forever - Jessica and Britany/Rosie Porkchop - Resides at Jeff's or an unknown establishment. Waiting for one to be transferred to another animatronic. (Pissy but good for the most part. Soul filled)

Prankster - Nothing? - No clue about this one. So at the moment, cut from this AU.
