Another new Mage Cat subtype. When a newborn Floral Mage Cat is exposed to harmful environments for at least a week for a month, they may change to a Toxic Mage Cat. Essentially a Floral Mage Cat but "corrupted", all plants they summons will have thorns, and poisonous. Naturally they're immune to poison, toxin and radiation. Ironically, they also have the highest luck. At will they can rupture their vines into a chain "explosion"

Tobias is sarcastic, sadistic, superstitious, and a masochist. They have a rather *toxic* personality, but deep down also have a soft side. They're Elle's cousin.

After Elle's parents passed away, Tobias help raised her until she decided to set off on her own adventure. Knowing she now lives in Opal Town, they'd sometime go visit her. Tobias hated black cats because they bring bad luck, but seeing how Elle is bonding so well with Phantony, they decided to let it slide.

While Elle is their cousin, not much is know about their own family.

They live in an apartment, and they very often stayed behind really late in the lab they worked at.
