Yup, several members have noted this throughout the updates. Until Viktria clearly states otherwise, I personally maintain he's more some type of "dragon-kin" as opposed to a bog standard "cold-blooded" reptile and thus maintains a constant "core" temperature. I think past 'chapters" implied Shani grew up in warmer climes. Or maybe something about being turned into a djinn and finally 'freed" from the enchantment made her a bit more vulnerable to the cold than she might have been otherwise.
