You noticed how there's no KM styled human males? I figured I would change that.

I don't know if this helps, but one tactic I've seen to fix clipping issues is using flexes to fix that by having the naked model beneath the clothing be shrunken down. KabalMystic uses this for some of their models like the Mario model for example. This Deadpool Model is another good example of it in action: https://sfmlab.com/project/32073/
That's exactly what I've been doing, or at least what I want to do, and have done in the past.
The problem with Archie is the sections on his bodysuit where his skin is visible, namely his thumbs and on his arm, make this extremely awkward to do, as I'd need to shrink the naked model down except for those areas, which still leads to clipping.

Yeah, that makes sense. All I can really suggest is maybe looking at how some other modelers have tackled this. Some of SaiyanGoku4's models like the Nick Wilde one (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53459251/) have managed to make things like skintight fingerless gloves work with minimal clipping (some clipping is pretty much always gonna happen regardless) so you could try asking them for advice.
And hey, if worse comes to worse there's always just making the suit a bodygroup that replaces the nude body instead of going on top of it!
Sorry I wasn't able to be of more help.
