The formalised instructions of surrender to CSS troops on Joplin.
A rushed document, made and signed on the same day it was found the majorty of the CSS ground troops and the CSS fleet had fled from the planet of Joplin.
signed by:
Representative and accepted head of the CSS forces left on Joplin:
Major, Vasily Andriy Crook
Representatives of the People of Joplin:
Governor - General, Oscar Neil Patterson
&
Master at Arms, Liam Henry Lackshard
Signed at 0019hr at a tent established outside of the old CSS HQ.
After reading the document was signed with zero deliberation.
Some observers had commented the Major willingness to sign may have had less to do with what was seen by many of Joplin citizens and politicians as very favourable terms and more to do with the major being the only Confderate in tent with all Federal troops.

I should not take too much credit, a friend let me borrow his hand to make the signatures in one of those art - softwares and then with a little bit of that snippy tool and PDFing and here we are ;)
I mean that is all formal paperwork is these days ;)
Certainly, though will the good terms on paper work out in implementation ^_^
(Thank you again for the fav and I will get back to your note when the time comes up)
